Plot 1
Mallik is a henchman of Aslam Bhai, a Mumbai underworld kingpin. He inducts local hothead Chandu into the gang, and the two of them soon form a formidable faction within the gang, eventually displacing Aslam. As the empire grows, however, the two of them start drifting apart.

Company (Hindi: कम्पनी) is a 2002 Hindi film directed by Ram Gopal Varma, starring Ajay Devgan, Mohanlal, Manisha Koirala, Vivek Oberoi and Antara Mali. It is a fictional exposé of the Mumbai underworld, loosely based on the Indian mafia organization D-Company, known to be run by Dawood Ibrahim. The film is considered Ram Gopal Varma's best and most mature effort after Satya (1998). Company won six of the eleven awards it was nominated for at the Filmfare Awards.
