This enjoyable film won't change anyone's opinion of him but you'll walk away knowing the man, Conrad Black....More importantly, they steal footage of Black commiserating over the 2003 Hollinger shareholders meeting where he admits he incurred some financial excesses.....Citizen Black works best when simply telling the story of Black, who is charismatic but ultimately greedy.....The filmmakers' attempts at humour are clumsy, however....and though a hardcore conservative, Black admires Franklin D.
