Rishi is a nuisance at Hadbahedi....Chintu Ji is a gem of a movie....of course, it has to contend with a bombardment of new films week after week and chances are....Amongst the assorted characters, Grusha Kapoor and Saurabh Shukla are excellent.....Besides, the pact between Rishi and Annu Kapoor (playing a power broker) could've been stronger as well..... ...
