For all its reality, "Chalk" is also incredibly funny.....What's important to remember in all of this is just how absent the film is of any forced dramatics.....Chalk" is one of the best movies of the year, a special gem of a film....it's a real-life answer to those sappy inspirational melodramas that have monopolized the "teacher movie" genre over the decades.....And that's the beauty of "Chalk," a low budget indie mockumentary out of Austin, Texas -.... ...
