It's a good chick flick, with an interesting, well-paced, funny story and authentic, likable characters. The disc also includes 100 original Bridget Jones's Diary newspaper columns . It's not an esoteric female comedy; it's just plain funny. ... Full Review

It´s a close call, but ultimately "Bridget" is not a great or even near-great genre film, merely a routine, formulaic one. Well, the movie turned out better than the newspaper columns, but not enough to maintain my interest for long. ... Full Review
