The taking of the film is good, but it could have been more touching on the whole; the film's first half is particularly good and entertaining. Jayasudha again appears on his side, after Bommarillu , and gives controlled performance as the hero's mother ; she's particularly good in the scene where she shares her feelings with Prakash Raj after Varun Sandesh talks aloud and leaves. ... The songs are hugely catchy and often funny -....Because Bommarillu is devoid of any genuine dramatic tension, it works only as a breezy romance.....And this lightness is well protected in the film -....A lot of Bollywood movies suffer from the curse of the second half .....Besides this, there are two things worth mentioning that give Bommarillu its sweet mojo..... ...
