Everything that can be bad about a movie is here. First off, if you're directing a very low budget movie, don't cast yourself in the lead. As clearly evident here, the lead flubs lines and ad-libs a lot to the already... Full review

Even if you are willing to overlook that the film is made with the lowest of budgets , BLOOD GUTS is a mainly a bad movie because it's just too talky.
It's hard to imagine a cast more untalented or annoying, and directing as clichd as that with which this film is delivered.
