The storyline, as funny and entertaining as it is, has a hard time filling all 90 minutes.....After a scene involving the film's main bad guy, a helicopter with a giant magnet....his overall charisma shines so bright you not only want to see Black Dynamite succeed, you want to be him as well.....The supporting cast shines here as well, with cameos by Arsenio Hall, Cedric the Entertainer, Tommy Davidson, and Byron Minns..... ...
