He's always been one of my favorite actors.
In the low-budget, short-timetable world of independent filmmaking, the appearance of a movie star of the caliber of William Hurt can have a startling impact.

As for the young'uns, newcomer Davern is bright-faced on screen and eager, proving himself an emerging talent in young Hollywood.
The interactions between the two brothers prove to be some of the film's most touching scenes, serving as an all too honest reminder of sibling rivalry.
