Such an enjoyable film that carries such a great message (especially to young viewers) scores high in my book.
The film is also both lightheartedly funny and serious at relatively fitting times.

Also underutilized was Katie Holmes, but at this point I really don't care.
My main concern, besides the fear that it would suck, was looking at the cast list and realizing that someone was going to have to suffer.

Other notable and unique D-BOX moments in Batman Begins include young Bruce Wayne falling down his father's well....Those moments are more a breather than a detriment to enjoying the D-BOX Batman Begins thrill.....Black levels and colors are rock solid allowing for excellent picture detail to stand out.....replaced with the multitude of trailers and television spots for the film instead of the so-so teaser trailer that is included here..... ... Only thirty four, Bale is responsible for some of the more potent and risky performances in recent memory.
