the CGI performances here are often far more impressive than the action surrounding them.....But I also suspect it may end up being a frustrating movie at times -....The Na'vi are believable, fully realized, and diverse characters -....In this regard, the footage triumphed.....possibly unable to sustain the magic (and I'd even say lyricism) it sometimes conjures so brilliantly..... ... James Cameron deliberately asked Ubisoft to "crap up" the game's graphics in order to make the film look good in comparison.....The Avatar game, honestly, doesn't look like it's in any way noteworthy, aside from the fact....It's missing my favorite scene from the SDCC debut, which was of jellyfish-looking sprites descending on Sam Worthington's character Jake.....D Footage Reactions were much more positive for the footage screenings.... ... This is what has me most excited about the film and it looked as good as one could reasonably hope.....Cameron and Twentieth Century Fox are so supremely confident the world is going to love Avatar....the footage truly was amazing.....My favourite clip was the last one, in which Worthington's alien character wrestled with a flying alien creature atop a cliff before mounting it....movie-going moments that I wish I got to enjoy more often..... ...
