Lame action consisting of Seagull as crazy Chicago cop in a mullet and oversized wifebeater mumbling "Nobody is above the law" while Sharon Stone cries the whole time as he busts heads of CIA drug runners. I hate it when stupid... Full review

I could watch it over and over! Steven Siegal has a style of acting that I really enjoy. Siegal, Van Dame, and Chuck Norris shows the differents in their training and styles. I hope they all continue to make good movies... Full review
