A Christmas Carol is a wonderful movie, with awe-inspiring visuals, amiable stars and most importantly, a charming, heart warming story.....On the downside the film is extremely frightening at times, kids would be petrified with some of the startling imagery, especially when the Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come arrives.....A Christmas Carol' remains faithful to the popular Charles Dickens' book of the same name.....Zemeckis zeroes in on the heart of the novella, and adds some seriously astonishing cinematogra ... I recommend A Christmas Carol because it's entertaining....But the underlying story and darker moments make A Christmas Carol worth seeing....I liked the morose, disturbing scenes, including the opening shot of a corpse's cold face;....Not that I minded watching Charles Dickens' classic tale again, especially at this time of year..... ...
