yet again great performance was given by aamir khan in this negative role( may be playing for the first time) but besides him rahul khanna and nandita also gives commendable performance direction was just too good among the best films made... Full review

As Ralph Crane puts it "It may be that the atrocities of 1947 are best seen through the innocent naive eyes of a child, who has no Hindu, Muslim or Sikh axe to grind.
