Still, that doesn't stop this Bollywood product from being a surprisingly effective thriller --....The film is also delightfully dirty-minded at times, with a charming scene about the Kama Sutra....As Manohar, Madhavan delivers a particularly strong performance, especially in scenes with....concerning his sweetly beautiful wife, Priya (Neetu Chandra).....13B" isn't shy about twice breaking away from the supernatural dread into euphoric music videos (and again in the credits)..... ... Of the cast, Madhavan is competent....In short, I am a perfect candidate for horror films -....this is surely not what I would call a great performance.....The seeds for a good story were right there but unfortunately I am not sure the execution was as good..... ... Full Review

Vikram has weaved an interesting supernatural thriller around it.....But the film has its problems, minus which it could have turned out to be a real stunner.....Watch this film for the fine chemistry between Madhavan and Neetu Chandra and the cameo by Deepak Dobriyal.....No, and the family living in flat number 13B also cannot....But even then, 13B is quite an interesting watch, with P C Sreeram providing some fine camerawork to gel with the subject..... ... A movie like '13B' could have done better without songs which serve no other purpose here than to make the movie longer.....Still, the movie is a good timepass.....Thankfully, the actors in the film don't disappoint.....Not to forget the brilliant cinematography by PC Sreeram and excellent background score that's used to build anticipation....Madhavan is superb, while Neetu Chandra (playing his wife) is reduced to the sidelines..... ...
