- Biography: Mandakini (Hindi: मंदाकिनी)(IPA: [məŋd̪aːkini] ITRANS:mandAkinI) (born 7 January 1969, as Yasmeen Joseph) is a former Bollywood actress. She had a brief, but controversial career in Hindi movies and was rumoured to have a close relationship with Dubai-based gangster, Dawood Ibrahim.
